       Extracting Plant Essence ¨C
Collecting the Treasure between Heaven and Earth

           Plant essential oils are stored in the oil sacs of plants;
oil sacs of different plants are clustered at different
locations, some in the flowers, and some in the fruits.
Each essential oil is different in the property, some
of which cannot be heated, and some are easy to
lose fragrance. In order to achieve the best collection
effect, essential oils will be extracted in different way
s

       Nut and Seed Oils
Squeezing Method: generally used to extract essential oils
from citrus, nuts and kernels. Just as what the name implies,
it uses centrifuge or cold press to squeeze the essential oils
           from peels and kernels.

       Fresh, Steam-distilled Essential Oils
Distillation Method: the most traditional extraction method with the most extensive

use. Plants are distilled for the essential oils by the heated steam in the distiller,

which are cooled and collected. When they become liquid, the moisture and
essential oils in them are separated.
Solvent Extraction Method: Raw materials are placed into the lipolysin or volatile
solvent for soaking to make them release waxes and essential oils which are
extracted with medicinal alcohol. The essential oils are also referred to as plant
absolutes which are generally used to extract delicate fragrance from precious
           flowers.

       Pure Plant Hydrosols
The liquid extracted from plants with distillation method will separate into essential
oils and water.During the separation, some essential oils are still residual in water.
Plus the water-soluble ingredients in the plants, these constitute hydrosols (also
referred to as hydrolats) extensively used as senior skin care products. Along with
essential oils, wonderful complement effect can be achieved.
